Congress
Greetings
Port Tarragona and Puertos del Estado present the 5th Agrifood International Congress, which will take place on October 15 and 16, 2026 and, as in previous editions, aims to be the most important forum for knowledge and information exchange in the sector in Southern Europe.
In this year’s programme, special attention will be given to the resilience of the agrifood system in the face of increasingly complex, volatile and uncertain environments. Together with leading experts, we will address some of the key balances currently shaping decision-making in the sector: the relationship between security of supply and cost efficiency, between sustainability and competitiveness, as well as the alignment between declared strategic objectives and the operational decisions taken in practice.
This programme is complemented by dedicated time for information exchange and networking among all stakeholders within this community, as expanding personal connections is essential to fostering business development and growth across the sector.
The 5th Agrifood International Congress remains a great opportunity to prepare for the future by sharing ideas and proposals, taking advantage of the unique setting offered by the Port of Tarragona, the leading agrifood port in the Mediterranean.
We look forward to your active participation in this congress so that, together, we can make it as enriching as possible. For our part, we will make every effort to ensure this.
We look forward to welcoming you!
