LEGAL NOTICE
The entity responsible for managing the event and the sale of registrations for the IV Agrifood Congress is the Port Authority of Tarragona, NIF: Q436713B, with registered address at Passeig de l’Escullera s/n, 43004 Tarragona (Tarragona), Spain.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellation
If you are ultimately unable to attend the Congress and cannot transfer your registration to another person, please notify your cancellation as soon as possible at: agrifoodcongress@eternumevents.com
Refund policy
- If you submit your request up to 30 days before the Congress, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- If you submit your request up to 15 days before the Congress date, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- After this date, we will not be able to issue any refund.
Any refund will be processed within 10 days.
